Can you smell some spring? Looking outside it is sunny and bright. But numbers on thermometer aren´t springlike at all...

cover!

It is now official - KÄSITÖÖ magazine spring issue has on cover dress made by me. Also styling work, hair and makeup. Photo by my bf and me (we are shooting usually by turns and later editing photos together also). Cover star is Maris, sweet and spontaneous, pure joy to work with. I had obsession to have redhead model for my dresses this time, it was hard to find one. I finally found Maris, our first meeting took place just the same day we had to shoot. But it was like we know each other long time already :)

siamese friends giveaway

I have been lost for ages. It´s all about a boy, my little son. He takes all my energy and time. So I decided to thank you visiting my abandoned blog again with having a little giveaway for you. parka parka

I have been addicted to parkas some time already. Isabel Marant FW collection was the last drop - the label has such amazing oversized biker jackets with cosy white fur. I just had to sew myself a parka with white fur lining immediately! So I opened my enormous fabric counter and used materials I had long time or leftovers from previous projects. The only thing I bought was the short haired fur. So now I have a super warm parka and a little room for new fabrics :)
My parka is more similar to traditional. From Isabel I stole only white curly fur idea and oversized form - my parka has huge pockets and hood. Also it is the first not fitted overdress I have made to myself. Ok winter, you can come now!

And, oh yes, my blond time is over... Just needed a change.
